Is a true account of how one man, Hal Elrod after experiencing a tragic life experience, maintained a positive mental attitude and utilized a morning ritual of his own design to bring himself back to health. In essence, he created himself a miracle morning and then shared how you can transform your life as well.
His story is not only riveting and inspiring, but he shares in this book the 6 habits that he practices daily to achieve and maintain success in his life, addressing all areas of his life.
It's a great read and I cannot recommend it and the resources and tips he shares to help others accomplish what they desire in life.
