Having to create an action plan may seem daunting but it's rather simple if you follow these 6 steps to grow your business.
Vision and mindset – Have a clear vision of what you want to accomplish and the work that must be done in order to have the mental clarity and ability to attract the people that would be interested in your products.
Personal Brand and Target Audience – Become clear on who you are and what you represent. Why should people buy from you and who are these people? When you identify what you are about then you can go about the business of serving the people who are in need of your products and services.
Monetization – You must make money. That means you must SELL. You are not in business if you are only buidling a hobby.
You must have a strategy to make money.
Content Marketing – This is a critical step in building your business. Here you provide content that you create that your target audience is looking for. Give it to them. Provide value. How you present your content is up to you. There are numerous ways to share and promote your content on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, YouTube…), blogging and writing be that a book or as a contributing author (article writing).
Follow Up and Engagement – This is another absolute must. You must establish and maintain a relationship with the people that respond to your marketing efforts.
Traffic – Once you have all of the other components in place, then and only then will you focus generating traffic, bringing new people, new customers to your business.
