Being a merchant is an incredibly ancient and honorable profession. It's how millions have made a living since the dawn of man.

Lead with what they want, not what you are trying to sell, not with what they need either.
They buy what they want. They do what they want and what they have to.
Gain and establish a decent customer relationship. Sell them something small, something that has a perceived value to them. When they see that your goods are good, they will come to see you as someone who provides what they want. When you have a customer relationship, they will listen to you differently. You are no longer a threat, someone who is trying to get something from them.
Show them what else they can buy from you. People often make a second corresponding purchase to validate their decision to make the first purchase. They think and feel, “Well if I got this, I should get that…”
Once they make a small purchase you can introduce another offer, a monthly or yearly option. Remember to maintain a customer list, an email list with an autoresponder and continually follow up with them offering more products and services mixed in with relevant information and content. This will over time create an ever-growing system of profit.
So to recap, you need a fun little free low ticket offer that is highly appealing to your marketplace. Your offer must include an opt in page aka a capture page. This will connect to your autoresponder so you can follow up with them.
You will notice that people see you differently when they become your student or customer and you become the customer service person. It changes the whole dynamic of everything. People become excited to hear from you.
Your automation starts working plus you begin following up personally with them using a customer relations tool (CRM) so you can remember all your conversations and make your people feel super important every time you reach out to them.
You become their favorite.
As the relationship strengthens and you continue to provide them with solutions to their problems in the form of a monthly purchase, a monthly service you provide, they will continue to want to buy from you.
So crank up your mailing list, write blog posts, share content that is of value to your target audience. Do this continuously for 90 days or less and watch how your will completely change your life.
